Winston Jerónimo Silvestre has a High Degree in Business Management, a Postgraduation in Industrial Engineering by INETI - National Institute of Engineering Technology and Innovation, a Specialization in Quality Management by UA - Open University, and a PhD in Environment - area of Corporate Sustainability at FCT/UNL - Faculty of Sciences and Technology New University of Lisbon. Anrafel de Souza Barbosa is completing his postdoctoral fellowship at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB, Brazil), with research focused on the Sociotechnical Perspective of the Sustainable Energy Transition. He earned his PhD in Development and Environment from UFPB in 2025, researching the impacts of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria on corporate sustainability performance. He completed his Master’s in Production and Systems Engineering at UFPB in 2021, investigating the synergistic integration of Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management to optimize organizational performance. His foundational training in Electrical Engineering, obtained at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG, Brazil), underpins his technical contributions to projects involving the implementation of electrical systems and strategies for energy distribution efficiency. His Scopus h-index is 6, and he has published eight scientific articles.
